It is used for polishing, anti sticking, defoaming, planing, and sealing foods. It can be used as a mold release agent for foods such as macaroni, bread, biscuits, and chocolate, and can extend the storage and freshness period of wine, vinegar, fruits, vegetables, and canned goods.
